Do I have to use my real name when placing an order?

We suggest you use your real name, because if you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a Canada Post “For Pick Up” slip and have to go pick it up at a nearby post office. If your identification doesn’t match the name on the parcel, you won’t be able to pick it up.

Do you guarantee arrival of my package?

By shipping with the Canada Post Xpresspost service, all your orders have Canada Post’s “on-time delivery guarantee” and “continuous package tracking”. If you have given us your address accurately, expect your package delivery by Canada Post to arrive 1 – 3 business days to most major urban centres in Canada. Do you have a maximum order size?

WBUD has no maximum order size. If your order doesn’t fit in the standard size Xpresspost packaging, we will pay the additional packaging & shipping costs.

How do I pay for my order?

By using INTERAC eTransfer. Payment is easy using Canada’s discreet and convenient email-based bank-to-bank electronic money transfer system. It is fast, secure, and safe. No account information is disclosed. All you need is an email account and a Canadian bank account. Both parties choose the emails they want to use and a password is set for additional security. How long will it take to get my package?

We use the Canada Post Xpresspost service. Shipments are tracked and delivery times are guaranteed by Canada Post. For Western Region Shipments (BC, AB, SK, MB) deliveries are in 1 day if you are in a major urban centre and 2 days for non-major urban areas. For the rest of Canada, deliveries arrive in 2-3 days depending on if you are in a major urban centre, except for Newfoundland, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories which can be up to 5 days. How much is shipping?

At WBUD, shipping is free on all orders over $185.00. Otherwise it is a flat rate of $17.00 which is below our cost.

Is your service discrete?

Your orders are sealed in extra thick commercial grade plastic vacuum bags so no odor is detected. We use standard Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes, so your package looks like any other postal delivery.

What are your hours of operation?

Orders can be placed all day – any day of the year at Wholesalebud.ca Order processing takes place Mon – Fri during regular business hours. Depending on call volume, we answer our toll free phone number from Mon – Fri 10:00am to 8:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). NOTE: The best way to reach us with any questions or issues is by EMAIL. It is easier and more efficient for us to keep track of your needs this way!

What happens if my order is too large for my mailbox?

It is your choice to use your real name or not. However, if the Xpresspost package is too big to fit in your mailbox it will be delivered to a postal office nearby. If you used a fake name, you won’t be able to get your delivery.
